I was warned not to come to the Tesla Service Center in Camarillo, but as a local resident, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was a huge mistake, and I now deeply regret my decision.
My experience at this service center has been beyond terrible. I recently bought a new Tesla, and while I encountered some minor issues that should have been easily resolved, the incompetence at this location is staggering. After three visits and leaving my car with them for two days, absolutely nothing was fixed.
The first time I brought my car in, they said they needed to order a part. Fine. When the part finally arrived, I made an appointment and was promised a loaner vehicle. But when I brought my car in, surprise—no loaner was available. I asked to reschedule, hoping this was a one-time issue, and I gave them another chance. On my second visit, I was told, yet again, that no loaner was available. After expressing my extreme frustration, they eventually “found” a car for me, but it was filthy and uncharged. I took it reluctantly because they assured me my car would be fixed within a day.
Two days passed, and my car hadn’t even been looked at. At that point, I had enough. I immediately demanded my car back because I no longer believed a word they said. After wasting my time, energy, and patience, I had zero confidence that anything would ever be resolved.
To make matters worse, I ran into a Tesla employee at another location who openly admitted that Camarillo is a terrible service center and advised me to avoid it. It’s disheartening to know that even Tesla’s own employees have no respect for this location. It seems that the toxic management style from Elon Musk has trickled down to this center, and the results are plain to see.
If you’re considering taking your vehicle here, do yourself a favor and think twice.

I place an order, kept calling me to pick up in the same day which was earlier than expected then kept calling me that order was not ready and came back the following day. Last minute the cancel the order for the second time. As this is very unprofessional I decided to pull off and ask to reimburse the insurance and deposit and said they can’t and provide Tesla legal name.
I am checking poor service in this place and still wondering how the company doesn’t do anything about that. I will try to file a legal claim through a legal counsel. Please avoid this.
