I place an order, kept calling me to pick up in the same day which was earlier than expected then kept calling me that order was not ready and came back the following day. Last minute the cancel the order for the second time. As this is very unprofessional I decided to pull off and ask to reimburse the insurance and deposit and said they can’t and provide Tesla legal name.
I am checking poor service in this place and still wondering how the company doesn’t do anything about that. I will try to file a legal claim through a legal counsel. Please avoid this.

Kimberly Delgado is their BEST employee. She made us feel so comfortable. Wasn’t pushy at all. Answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond for us. Great attitude, exceptional service. I wish everyone who worked in customer service had her awesome attitude. Thank you, Kimberly!

Thank you to Kevin for making sure we could pick up our Tesla when it arrived. Kevin helped us find the right car, walked us through the purchase and coordinated with another Tesla store to make sure we could get our new car when it arrived. Kevin turned a stressful process into a smooth vehicle purchase. Very thankful to Tesla Camarillo.

Dropped off car after making appointment. Needed Uber to get home. Waited 40 minutes for a manager to finish a meeting in order to get an Uber approved. No one updated me on this “meeting” and when I went to the desk to ask the girl who helped me, she completely ignored my presence and walked away. Got my own Uber ride. I have NEVER had even decent customer service at the Camarillo Tesla site. I’m ready to move on from this overrated car and the subpar customer service.
