My Brother In Law was hesitant to start a Trust until he met Annette Dawson. Annette was like working with someone you know and trust. She is genuine and open. Annette started her career in Elder Law to assist those, who in the past, may have found it difficult and hard to trust, due to societal, familial, or personal experience with mistrust of elder legal representation.
My brother in law was impressed with Annette and immediately initiated a Trust and Power Of Attorney for both financial and medical care. He immediately transferred his assets to the Trust and provided for his future interests with respect to a Living Will and Medical Directive. Annette was great in reviewing an old trust and updating it to ensure our family is well protected. She was easy to talk to, easy to get hold of and always returned my calls. Her fees were very reasonable.
