Christy treated me so well! It was my first time at that location, so she gave me lots of great treats that you get from the MVP service, like a back and shoulder massage and the hot towel. My haircut was great. She showed me an awesome new product for my hair, AND I got to watch the Rams/Bears game!

This was my first time ever going to a Sports Clips (10/26/2024), and from the beginning the vibe was off. The staff (Sonia) was seated in the customer waiting area and I didn't realize she was a staff member. There was no greeting at all. All she said was "You need to sign in." I asked if they had room for a walk in and she shook her head yes. After a short wait the same female staff Sonia called me back and I told her that all i wanted was a bald fade. Well she was relentless and finally convinced me that i should leave a finger lengths amount of hair on top because I need to look more presentable for the holidays. I finally gave in. Then she told me that all new customers get a free upgrade and she washed my hair and placed hot towels on my face. Well that upgrade was not free! Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until later but I was charged $41 and I tipped her $10 for a total of $51. And what made it worse was she kept on trying to sell me products that I was not interested in buying at all. Now for the icing on the cake... when I got up and washed my hair this morning...I noticed that it was totally butcherd! Just uneven all over, so I ended up just shaving it all off myself. All-in-all, this was an awful experience!

Just had a haircut with Sonia! She did an amazing job. She is very knowledgable about hair and scalp health. I would highly recommend her. :)

My boys absolutely love going to Sports Clips! We love Kim! She took the time to make sure she cut their hair perfectly. The boys love the MVP cut and having their hair washed and styled. Finally found a place where they get nice, consistent hair cuts!

Completely Rude Customer Service!

I wanted to share feedback about my recent experience. I checked in early through the app from my house and arrived before my scheduled time. Initially, the wait was short, about four minutes, before I was placed "on deck." However, I was bumped back to the waiting list and ended up with a wait of an additional 30 minutes. When I asked what happened the guy at the ront was completely dismissive and told me he had a "special request," which was prioritized.
What made this situation particularly frustrating was the dismissive attitude of the staff member who handled the situation.
Their lack of empathy left me feeling undervalued as a frequent customer and just plain annoyed the way that was handled.
