Crystal is amazing ! Super nice, gives the best scalp massage I’ve ever had, and the color is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. What I also love about Crystal is she listens. I asked for not much off on the length and she always does a great job ! You can trust her, and that’s important. The salon is clean and zen. Nice vibe for sure. The cherry on top is the 100% Aveda products used ! You can’t go wrong with Aveda. Very happy I found Crystal ! This is my second visit with her and look forward to the next one.

My first time in this salon I was recommended to Crystal she is great! She did highlights and a base color on my hair, she's friendly and offered her knowledge. she was not pushy or careless she's the person you want to work on your hair she was attentive to the care of my hair and not just doing what she wanted she listened! The salon was nice, and clean I was greeted with a smiling face from the man working the first station I recommend this place!

The staff at the salon is always professional and Jaclyn is AMAZING - my color is perfect every time and I seriously get comments regularly about the color of my hair and how healthy it is - she takes excellent care of my hair. I have been going to her for years and so happy every single time.
Also, I like the products that are used here, my hair is healthy and you can feel how smooth and clean it is, no build up of products.

Had been a client for over 7 years. I had hair trims every few months, very easy. Went in to get hair colored and Kassandra completely destroyed my hair and was not apologetic at all and when I asked to have it fixed she wanted me to pay for the fix..made no sense at all that i should pay for her to fix her mistake. No good customer service and customer loyalty means nothing to them. Very frustrated to have given so many referrals and so much of my good business to Salon Passion.

Best place to go! I don't live in California anymore but Kassandra used to always do my hair since I was little girl and always did great! I love her and she's an amazing person to keep you company!!
