If I could give -0 reviews to this place I would , I came in 1 month ago only to get my nail designs messed up & they rewarded me with a gift certificate of $100. I am back today now after 1 month only to walk in & get terrible service being told they don’t take walk ins when their website clearly says they do & I’ve always been a walk in terrible 2nd experience once again this place does not care if they mess up your nails nor do they care to make it better when you give them a 2nd chance awful place ended up ripping my gift certificate no longer will come here ever again. Save your money and good attitude for another place.

The most pleasurable part of the experience was Danica, who was extremely sweet and very kind. Other than that, the other lady who did my nails did not clean under my nails, did not soak my hands in the water. I had to ask her to do the massage and lotion as that is one of my favorite parts of getting a manicure, I had to ask her to do my cuticles which she cut me a few times. My daughter got a pedicure and paid an extra $12 for callous removal which the lady barely did. They kept talking about a tip, a tip a tip instead of taking in a consideration what a lousy job they did. I’m sorry, but I’m not tipping you. You barely did the job that I paid you to do in the first place. The owner tried to rectify the situation by giving me one complementary manicure. Great however I experienced the same thing not soaking my hands cleaning underneath one set of nails on one hand but not the other, than I had to ask if they do the massage. She said yes and did it, but if I didn’t ask, it wasn’t going to happen. I’m not sure if they’re just trying to rush to get to the next person or not or I’m more concerned about getting a tip than the actual job they are doing or are just inexperienced, but I will not be back. It’s unfortunate because it is close to the house and they do have two sweet very kind people there however, the job was not worth what I paid at all.

Took my family here for a pampering day, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a perfect family outing.
A special shout-out goes to Danica and Christy, who provided exceptional service. Danica was incredibly attentive, making sure that everyone was comfortable and satisfied with their treatments. Her nail art skills are amazing, and she really brought our ideas to life with creativity and precision. Christy's friendly personality made our visit even more enjoyable; she was great with the kids, engaging them in fun conversations and ensuring they felt special during their pampering session.
The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the selection of colors and services available was impressive. It was clear that everyone on the staff took pride in their work, and the overall experience was both relaxing and fun for our whole family.
If you're looking for a nail salon that combines top-notch service with a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Nail Pros & Spa. We can't wait to return for another family day of pampering! Thank you, Danica and Christy, for making our visit so memorable!

Holly is the most amazing human! She does my gel pedicure perfect every time! The owner is rude. She pauses for a long time when she answers the phone before saying hello, or she’ll answer it and hang up, and then talks with an attitude and then at the end of the call she’ll just hang up. That’s the only thing I don’t love.

Attentive and pleasant.
Place is clean, quiet .
and located in big shopping center where I do my errands to Vons.,CVS, Vons gas Station, Coffee Bean.
Big parking lot.
