Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure as a first time client. The lady who did my toes didn’t understand English, everything i said had to get translated which made it difficult. She originally didn’t cut my toes enough then went back and did. She put the cuticle cleaner on my toes first but didn’t cut them until right before the polish. I was confused by that and asked if cutting cuticles came with the “regular pedicure” at this point i was already annoyed. But her massage made up for it, she massaged each leg for 5+ mins at no extra charge. I then proceeded to drop my water canteen all over the floor. Tina another worker was extremely nice to rinse it out and dry out and provide me a brand new ice cold water in plastic bottle. Tina also finished my nail filling and did the painting which i thought was kind of weird but i saw her do that to another customer too. I was waiting for my gel manicure but they saw i was relaxed so didn’t start them until after my pedicure. I got a young man who did my French top gel manicure. You could tell he was a perfectionist and took his time (1 hr) they ended up coming out really nice but there was no massage. I had already been there for 2.30 hours and didn’t bother to ask because i wanted to get out of there. Mind you im 7 months pregnant. If you don’t mind being there for a long time id say check them out. Some pros some cons. I’d say they were okay.

Fun and easy going, Julie and Tina did a great job on my nails and my pedicure, I don't usually have long nails because I usually accidently break or pop them off but these lasted me a while. Will come back again for sure

I have been here many time, and the last few times my nails came out horrible. There are bumps and even white specs in my nails. Super disappointed in my last visit. The prices fluctuate and I even heard the someone say “sometimes we do a bad job so you guys come back more often to get them fixed”.

I’ve only been to this place about 3 times. I got acrylics here twice. The first time was good. The second time was okay, I asked for a simple design and was denied. The customer service is okay. They don't have enough employees and the nail tech has to keep switching between clients. The last time I went was for fills, and the paint chipped HOURS after getting them done.
She was rushing while painting them, leaving the layers of polish WAY too thin, uneven, and patchy. I had to peel off the remaining polish and repaint them myself, which defeats the whole purpose of going to get your nails done. I'm not going back to this business, they overcharge you. I was charged $5 for having my nails shaped. Isn't that apart of getting acrylics? Why was I being charged EXTRA??

Over 2 hours for a full set just ridiculous! These ladies are more interested in talking then working save your time and money the nails are not worth it.
