Staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.
When I asked to see or try a product, I was told I could not stay in the store because they couldn’t provide a sample.
No explanation or assistance offered; behavior felt dismissive and rude.
The staff member at the counter, possibly a manager, was particularly unprofessional.
Impact:
I was unable to try or evaluate the product, which defeats the purpose of shopping in a cosmetics store.
The experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and discouraging.
Action requested:
I would like corporate to review staff behavior at this location.
Ensure staff are trained in customer service and product sampling policies.

The most costumer returns store I will suggest you guys to come visit. They provide all kinds cosmatics and makeups with huge discount sometimes even with valuable free gift ! They serve good stuff and if you aren’t local you can call to do send sale just like me !

Because I’m not living in Cali, so I have to pick up items via phone order. However, the staff truly supported me so well despite for many requirements from me to check the price and items that I would like to order. It might be a great experience for me with the first time

Unbelievably RUDE staff, ROCIO SANCHEZ. If I could give a negative rating here I would, for the awful quality of customer service alone. It's like she didn't even want us to be there to shop. She was yelling at us, pretending to be busy (wasn't really doing anything), and was annoyed when we asked questions. There were like, 3 people in the store? It wasn't even packed. We wanted to walk out but we thought it's the holidays so might as well get ourselves the gifts we chose. It was such an awful experience though; leaving the store with blood boiling when it was supposed to be a fun quality time with my mom. Doesn't she have manners? No training at all? Never going back.
