My father and I worked with Annette years ago to set up his trust, will, and power of attorney to manage his estate and execute his wishes once he was no longer able to. Annette was great to work with, very responsive, and helpful during the creation and years later when I had questions. I am writing this now to give her Kudos for how well the trust was written. We moved out of California several years ago and had a local lawyer review it. The local lawyer stated everything was well written and would work as intended in our new state. We used Annette Dawson-Davis as the Attorney for our Trust Fund. This was first done in Sept of 2019. Now, as the children have grown and are on their own, we needed to update our Trust and once again called on Annette Dawson-Davis this February (2026). As in the first time meeting with Annette, and working with her to create our Trust, she is truly invaluable. My husband and I felt very taken care of when choosing Ms. Dawson-Davis to do our trust documents. She asked us questions we never even thought of. She spent a great deal of time and effort with us. We took a long time deciding who our beneficiaries would be since we are in our 60s, don't have children or family. My Brother In Law was hesitant to start a Trust until he met Annette Dawson. Annette was like working with someone you know and trust. She is genuine and open.
