This shop does a great job. I’ve taken my car there twice. First time. They did a great job of diagnosing the problem getting it fixed in a timely manner. Most recent job, Went as smooth as it possibly could have. Sarah in the front is pleasant, professional and easy to work with and the guys in the back have shown me with their results they know what they’re doing.

Light speed service, free shuttle service, lowest prices in town. Extremely professional. When it comes to repairs on my BMW, I'm always annoyed as it's pricey. But I know when I work with Camarillo Independent, the work will be done quick and they'll charge a fair price.

we took our car in there for a diagnosis as it was writing really rough. The shop is very professional with adequate staff and a nice office. They completed a timely diagnosis and sent us a complete report showing what the problem was. We gave him a greenlight and they completed all the repairs on time as promised. car runs great now! They actually cleaned the car as well very surprised. Very nice and very informative about Warranty on their work. There our new go to car repair!

Camarillo Independent is an excellent auto repair shop. We have been coming here for almost 14 years. They do the work with no problems after the service. The customers are treated with care, concern, and friendliness. We highly recommend them for any foreign car repair!

Brought in my vehicle because half the A/C vents were blowing hot air and was quoted over $400 for an "inspection" in which they took apart the front dash to check the A/C only to be told it was over $2,500 to make the necessary replacements on the vehicle. Furious that not only did the $400 for the labor and inspection go no further than to quote us an outrageous amount I got a second opinion for less than $500 to replace and fix the whole thing. The funny part about this is when I declined for any further repairs with them the attitude with the front lady changed immediately into a vary coy and callous response and even hanging up on us half way through a conversation on the phone. When I got the vehicle back I checked A/C vents only to find out they were all working again. How is that possible if only an inspection was done and the parts and labor you needed to actually fix it was going to be over $2500 for an A/C vent? Even still, I took it to get a second opinion only to be told that everything I was quoted here and recommended to get fixed were parts that needed not to be replaced and that the A/C would be fine now. It's very frustrating and extremely shady on this auto repair brand and how they conduct their business and the amount that they will charge for seemingly unnecessary service. Will not be returning and will make sure others in the Camarillo community don't fall victim to this business. PLEASE BEWARE
