I’ve been going to this establishment for years and on many occasions it’s been a packed house. I’ve waited for an hour or longer at times. Every stylist in there has their own character and way of being but have never been disrespectful to me or any of my kids. We are in there at least twice a month because my 2 boys and 3 girls along with myself get our hair cuts here. Yesterday I witnessed a man get very upset over something that was out of the control of the stylist. Everyone that goes to this place knows how busy they are and sometimes you have to wait outside. At times these stylist don’t even get a full lunch or break at that. One of the ladies cutting hair had came out the back from quickly eating her lunch and clearly asked, “who’s next?” Nobody inside answered so she asked someone outside to step onto her chair. At this moment an older gentleman began shouting at her that it was his turn and why did she sit that man in her chair if it wasn’t his turn. I always keep in mind who was before me when I get there and who gets there after me. “Just to be courteous.” Well just to say, the man that got sat and then was asked to get off because it was not his turn, got really upset and walked out. I mean when it’s your turn it’s your turn. But please don’t try to skip everyone knowing you’re not next and when you get called out on it you storm out and then write a bad review because you didn’t get your way. The service here is fine as always. Now if you have been here before and the service wasn’t good the first or second time, why even come a third time? Just saying, people need to be patient with these small businesses. If they have survived the whole pandemic then obviously the service is good. Please don’t judge this business by the prior review. That was the son of the man that was asked to get out of the chair!!! 😉😉😉

I’ve been to this place many times before years back. I stopped going because I’ve found a personal barber. There’s quite a few things that don’t seem or sound right at this place. Fatima at times goes beyond the limits when it comes to certain comments. Today she made a very disrespectful and rude saying towards my dad. Which today the limit has been reached. Looking through these reviews, she has said that she’ll ‘change’ but yet I see not much of change. Much respect to this business but there has to be a lot of things fixed. One most certainly, the service needs to improve. The way they talk to customers is more certainly what needs to change immediately.

I have taken my son there and they cut my son’s hair good, but Fatima has an attitude all the time, you can walk in and say hi and she does not even respond. Gives bad looks when you ask a question. Fatima seems not to care about customer service. Her husband is more patient and I would recommend getting your hair cut by him.

They were very nice, and fast. I asked for a simple straight cut and.....I don't know how this is straight?? One section of my hair is way longer. It's also 2" shorter than I asked for. It's not even literally anywhere. So now I have to cut it again another inch shorter just to get it even. I tipped over 30% too now I feel silly🙃

Thank you Sylvia for a very beautiful hair cut! :) I recommend this place they don’t over charge unlike the other salon. They do a great job too! I’m so glad I’ve tried this place. Definitely coming back.
