J & K is family owned and operated which probably lends to the quality and friendly service. Mike confirmed everything they would address, and provided estimate and updates on progress. This ensured there were no surprises and the rig was completed and ready when promised. When we picked it up Mike again went over everything addressed to ensure nothing was missed. I trust Jerry and his crew to provide quality professional service and would recommend them.

J and K automotive have serviced my RV several times. Very Efficient! I never worry about being taken. They never just try to push more things to run up the bill! The office personnel are delightful!

Great RV service! Highly recommend this company. Generator was shutting off after about a half hour of runtime and they were able to figure it out and fix it.

I just installed my solar panel with J&K. They were prompt and efficient, and very kind as always, helping me with additional small issues. They go the extra mile. The work was done yesterday afternoon and my solar panel is just starting to charge my batteries -- with very little sun today -- I already noticed that the voltage has remained steady, even when I'm using my printer that consumes a lot of energy. Jerry was right on when saying that we should not overcharge the batteries. I will be watching my batteries in the next coming days; their voltage will probably go higher as more sun will keep charging them. I always learn something when I visit J&K. So far so "great". Thank you team. I feel secure as I know that I can rely on that team if any issue arises.

Our first experience with J & K Automotive and were not disappointed. Lauren & Mike at front of house were very knowledgeable about our car and Lauren was very efficient with booking car in and following progress for us throughout the various work that we had done. Would definitely use them again as we feel we can trust them to diagnose the issues and fix the problems without fuss. Car is now running great. Thankyou
