Nail technician ignored me the first few minutes playing with her phone, and was upset when I shared I just needed a plain manicure.
She tried to use a use an open, used, dirty set of nail tools for the manicure. When I asked for a fresh set her colleague gave her another dirty set to use in a bag that had obviously been opened and closed multiple times.
When I said I was leaving, she gestured me to leave. When the colleague asked why I was leaving, I told her it was because they wanted to give me a manicure with dirty tools.
It is the law that nail salons have to use a clean set of tools, cleaned in an autoclave, for each customer.
Stay away unless you are eager to get an infection.

12/24/22... Back in the area, and needed a fill ... Tony was my guy again... Great job! And fast... Which don't usually go hand in hand... Had to work around a cracked nail, and I was still out in less than an hour... I'll go back next time I'm in the area... 💕

Unfortunately the ladies here have been very rude to my daughter on multiple occasions. I would suggest literally any other nail salon in Camarillo

Staff is so friendly! Came in for gel manicure but manicurist said my nails were too thin, that I should get dip powder. I normally dont get my nails done, so I didn’t know, but I should’ve just gotten gel because the dip powder ended up sooo thick and uneven. And I asked for baby blue and he showed me some light blue colors and I picked one but as he started to set the dip powder, it came out sooo much darker than how it looked in the case :(((( He was so kind though, I still really appreciate the service I got! Thank you

Ok. For a place with 5 stars I wasn't impressed.
She hurt me twice while doing my nails and one bleed.
The pedicure was..ok...I wanted something extra like a deluxe but the guy never even asked and simply started so I assumed it was the only one they had.
My nails do not look that great...My friend says they still look old and is like I haven't get it done at all.
The place is clean , service fast , people nice. Just the service needs to be improved.
