I do not usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience with CA Probate Services because they helped me through one of the hardest moments of my life. When my father passed unexpectedly, I had no idea where to even begin with the probate process. Everything felt overwhelming: paperwork, deadlines, and legal terms I had never heard of; and I was already grieving.
From the first phone call, they treated me like a human being and not just a case file. They listened to what my family was going through, really listened. They explained every step to me slowly, never judging, and always made sure I understood before continuing. The most important thing to me, though, was how patient and understanding they were. I was never rushed, and they would even call to check in on me, just to see how I was holding up.
They handled the complicated parts seamlessly, and for the first time since the loss, I felt like I could breathe. Knowing the legal matters were in trustworthy hands allowed me to focus on my family and healing.
I'm so grateful. If you're dealing with the loss of a loved one and feel lost in the probate process, I can't recommend CA Probate Services enough. Their kindness made all the difference during a very painful time in my life.

If I could give a negative star I would. I am currently sitting with my mother as she passes away This company will not return our multiple phone calls after a week, they have refused to provide documentation asked for by my mother, at home,on hospice. This company has violated multiple laws . They kidnapped her from home & brought her to a Dr. appointment which is never to happen on hospice services. Once that determination of terminal illness you agree too not returning to the hospital or seek medical attention outside of hospice. They took all keys ,valuables put a lock box on my Moms house. I asked the care giver to leave as the end is near & we have a stranger sitting in the house. It feels very invasive & entirely unnecessary, not to mention the lack of integrity that a company would infringe to this degree on the grief of losing your parent. We do not have any information about any end of life preparedness,or funeral & burial arrangements. They have been the polar opposite of helpful & have shown zero respect to me or my family. We made a police report when they took her out " last Thursday. So now they refuse contact ?? What in the A.F. Do you guys do?
UPDATE as of today 11-26-25 my mother passed on 10-23-25 she is still on ice in the morgue. I was very shocked that she had surrendered her pre paid funeral plans at 86 years old in January of 2024. This business advised her to cash these plans she had in place for 30 years & that they would handle these arrangements with the Catholic Church. They are now saying her services will be in January of 2026 & this is because of the holidays. This is outrageous because the church has service & mass M-Sat & could & should be done in a timely & respectable time frame. They confiscated her box of valuables & her home but leave her in the freezer? DO NOT TRUST THEM They are OUT For MONEY & do not give a hoot about their clients wishes or any one but themselves. Karma is a comin' for these thugs.

Angelique and her staff are wonderful. Angelique is very professional and follows all elder laws to protect your loved ones. I own a caregiving agency and I will continue to refer my clients to her who need guidance with their finances and future planning.

Stay away from this shady establishment because in my view they have absolutely no scruples or principles. We tried to make an appointment with them for two months through emails, phone calls and office visits to see our friend, as they themselves requested, and they never responded let alone gave us an appointment. The caregivers were instructed not to let us in with no appointment so when we tried to visit we could not enter her home that we had been to so many times over 20 years. Probate Services also removed her cell phone and landline so she could not make or receive phone calls as to isolate her and keep her a prisoner in her own home. How anyone can get away with this type of behavior is shocking in this day and age and are beyond my comprehension.
