Kat is amazing at creating an inviting and relaxing session. She educates about the products she uses and the best part is I woke up the next day looking at least 5 years younger!!!! I absolutely recommend her!

When I arrived I was little disappointed that the space was so snug. It felt like a closet but I don’t blame the aesthetician for that because rent is sky high. She had great products and my skin was glowing and smooth for a few days after the treatments. Few notes I could make is that I wish she had a way to dim lights and not have a big industrial light right above the bed, but the space probably doesn’t provide for that. And also there was no soothing music. Which was kind of awkward at times. Maybe just have some sound of water? And then lastly, I don’t mind a little bit of talking and even though I participated in replying to questions, I was hoping for some alone time and silence during the service. It was the only hour I had to myself in-I don’t remember how long, years maybe. The floor had some particles on, I guess it’s hard to clean such a tiny squeezed space. A facial space should be pristine and minimalistic. But maybe that’s just what I was used to before covid. Everything has changed now. Other than that she did a great job with treatments and has all the gadgets. She did a wonderful job at explaining the products and what she was doing next. Very well informed about the products. Perhaps just let client know how long some masks will be on for etc. (Leave the room when the masks are on, turn light dim if possible etc). It seems like she worked hard at making the confined space warm and cozy (besides the lighting) and she had a nice heated blanket. Overall I can tell she is a really good person. I hope this is perceived as constructive criticism because I think she is lovely. Her prices are fair and that’s a huge plus for those can’t afford facials often. I truly hope she thrives!

I went in for my first facial with Kat and she was absolutely excellent! She uses clean products on the skin, has them for sale for a good price, and has a wide knowledge of skin types and what to do to correct issues. Affordable, quality facials are tough to find nowadays but I’ll be making this part of my monthly routine from here on out. Thanks for an incredible facial, Kat!
