My wife and I went to Camarillo Tesla and met Zoe. She was wonderful and helped us test drive. Model X. We spent a few hours with Zoe and she helped us to u destined the options. They had a light blue Model X Plaid in the showroom that was magnificent Really appreciate Zoe and all of her help.

They LOST my service appointment. This is an extremely inefficient dealership. Perhaps Tesla leadership can create an oversight committee to ensure company efficiency? Even the federal government has a Department of Government Efficiency these days. If only the creator of that department and Teslas CEO could compare notes. Oh wait…

Kimberly was awesome with us for our demo drive. Thanks to the current price reduction plus EV incentives, we could not pass up this sweet deal. Unfortunately Tesla didn't reapply for CA Vehicle Rebate Program so we'll be missing out on another $2k worth of potential savings 😭 Update: Tesla reapplied for CVRP!!! 🥳 Reserved our M3 on 1/18 and took delivery a week later on Thu 1/26, could have been a day sooner but had to work late and couldn't make it. Unfathomable that we were able to place a custom order white exterior and white interior and have it ready within one week, it's mind boggling! We had a MY prior and this time the build quality is 10x better, although the were a couple of minor "issues" that we need to schedule a service order to tweak. Very happy with the entire process and better yet no high stress and haggling with the traditional dealerships. We had a reservation for VW ID4 that's taking forever over 5 months now that we'll be cancelling.

Tesla's customer service is terrible. My new car lost steering wheel function, I could barely get home at night, yet unable to make appt, texting back and forth via app and no loaner>>>how do they expect people to do their job?> take off until car is fixed? With so many recalls they should provide loaners. Wonder if Mr Musk aware of this

If I could give Camarillo Tesla a score lower than zero, I would. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. Let’s be clear: I generally don’t waste time writing reviews, but the sheer disrespect and outright arrogance I endured at Camarillo Tesla made this necessary. The so-called “sales experience” here wasn’t just rude—it was hostile, condescending, and insulting. I walked in ready to purchase, only to be treated as if my presence was an inconvenience. Instead of professionalism, I was met with smug indifference and a dismissive attitude that screamed, “Don’t bother me with your questions.” Congratulations—you succeeded in driving away a customer who was ready to spend nearly $200,000. Epic. Fail. To put this in perspective: I bought my Model S Plaid the very same day—from another Tesla location that treated me with respect, professionalism, and knowledge. Their team took the time to answer my questions, provide insight, and actually help me make an informed decision. Camarillo Tesla, by comparison, was the polar opposite. Had it not been for that other dealership, I would’ve taken my business to Lucid without hesitation. That’s how catastrophic your incompetence was. Now, let me address the individuals responsible: • To the Sales Manager: You’re fired. Your leadership—or lack thereof—sets the tone, and the rot shows. • To the lazy, arrogant sales rep who thought it was acceptable to wave me off with, “Just look at the website”: You are not only useless at your job—you are destined for failure if this is how you “sell.” Sitting in an empty showroom, with no customers, and still too self-important to do your job? Pathetic. • To the Dealer/Owner: Shame on you. Your store is a reflection of you, and what it reflects is neglect, arrogance, and utter contempt for the customer base you rely on. Sales is not about dismissing the buyer. It’s about education, connection, and guiding someone through a major purchase. The fact that I received better treatment at Ferrari—a brand infamous for being selective with its customers—should tell you just how low you’ve sunk. Know this: I will make sure my community and beyond understands exactly what to expect if they dare to walk into Camarillo Tesla. You lost not just one sale, but every single referral I would’ve made. And trust me, people will hear this story. You’re welcome to follow up with me if you want the full account, though judging by your behavior, I doubt you care enough to bother.
