LOVE THIS STORE it was so clean and organized. came in looking for skin care and new foundation, i left with the best experience thanks to Marco! He was amazing and made sure I loved everything I purchased. I will definitely be back ! this store is amazing with amazing employees

I’m leaving 5 stars for Evelin at the Ulta Beauty Salon in Camarillo. She truly works with passion and craft. She took her time, took the inspiration photos I gave her and made me feel and look better than I even was asking for. She was so sweet and I am hesitant to post this only because I want to keep her for myself! She has a true talent on hair - both color and cut. Ask for her!!!! Will 100% be going back to the salon just for Evelin.

Do not order the curbside order. The absolute worst. No dedicated parking spots for the curbside order. Making you wait for 30 min. Lie to you that the order will be out in less than five min and it isn’t 20 min later. Do not promise the service that you are not capable of providing. One star for the most lovely employee that carried the order out for me. They get 5 stars actually but the overall experience one thanks to your team member otherwise it’s not even a zero.

After hearing so many recommendations, I was sadly very disappointed with the lack of listening skills from my hairstylist, who did a botch job on my hair. She washed my hair in cold water and then proceeded to give me the worst haircut I've ever had in my life and then overcharged me. Needless to say, I won't ever go back there again. I don't recommend that anybody else does either. There is no way to fix this hair in this condition. I should have gotten a complete refund. Instead, I was only given a percentage. Two fails, first from the so-called stylist and then from management. Please note that I had to give at least one star in order to give this review, but it is not deserved.

I usually go to the Oxnard Store, but started going to the Camarillo location due to the customer service and staff. Thank you to the store manager Teresa for amazing outstanding customer service and patience's. Marina for her knowledge and experience. Ulta needs more employees like these two!! Great leadership Thank you
