My granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to one of their associates (Mia) who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to answer all our questions, explained products thoroughly, and showed so much patience throughout our visit. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable and kind she was. Customer service like this makes such a difference—thank you Mia for making our shopping experience so pleasant. We definitely will be back to this location (Camarillo)!

Everyone is so sweet here but Suzy!!!! is my absolute favorite!!!! I've been coming here for years and I just now realized I should write a review on her because she has put me on one incredle makeup/skin care routine! In general I'm always skeptical when it comes to employees referring products to me because I never know how much they understand my skin type/needs, but if Suzy refers me a product I'm confidently buying it on the spot. She is so knowledgable and her makeup is impeccable every time I see her so I never doubted her for a second. Her personality is so inviting and she always remembers the little things. She clearly excells in her role and I can see that she has a passion for makeup and helping people.

I stopped by this location this evening in hopes to find new makeup products that work for my skin. I haven’t wore a full face of makeup in almost 3 years so I felt like I was out of the game for some time. I was approached by beauty advisor Suzy in which I had plenty of questions. She took her time & gave me product recommendations, color matched & helped me with trying out new concealers & foundations. She was very patient & tentative with my request & took the time to get to know me & my skin. I walked away with numerous items she recommended. I would definitely ask for her if you need help while visiting this location. Thank you for all your help Suzy!

10/10!! Omg Suzy (and all of her coworkers) was the best she did a full face for me and it SLAYED!! Obsessed with this location. Great people, helpful staff, not to busy, best Ulta experience. Highly recommend

Came here the other day to help my mom get new foundation. Suzy got her shade matched, she was super helpful and very sweet. Even gave her extra tips for how to use the primer we got with the foundation. Will not hesitate to ask her for help the next time we go and she’s there.
