My granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to one of their associates (Mia) who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to answer all our questions, explained products thoroughly, and showed so much patience throughout our visit. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable and kind she was. Customer service like this makes such a difference—thank you Mia for making our shopping experience so pleasant. I stopped by this location this evening in hopes to find new makeup products that work for my skin. I haven’t wore a full face of makeup in almost 3 years so I felt like I was out of the game for some time. I was approached by beauty advisor Suzy in which I had plenty of questions. She took her time & gave me product recommendations, color matched & helped me with trying out new concealers & foundations. She was very patient & tentative with my request & took the time to get to know me & my skin. I walked away with numerous items she recommended. I would definitely ask for her if you need help while visiting this location. Thank you for all your help Suzy!

Came here the other day to help my mom get new foundation. Suzy got her shade matched, she was super helpful and very sweet. Even gave her extra tips for how to use the primer we got with the foundation. Will not hesitate to ask her for help the next time we go and she’s there.
